Returns
Sheets and pillowcases come with a 90-day trial. Everything else has 30-day returns. Here's how both work.
90-day trial: sheets and pillowcases
- Equilibrium Fitted Sheet, Equilibrium Pillowcase and SilverThread Sheets: try them for up to 90 days from delivery.
- Used and washed is fine. If they aren't right, send them back for a refund.
30-day returns: everything else
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
For all returns
- Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return. We aim to process them sooner.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer.
How to return
- Contact us at hello@velinsleep.com with your order number.
- We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the item securely and ship it with a tracked service. Items outside the trial must be in their original packaging.
- You'll get an email when your refund is issued.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Start a return and place a new order, or email us and we'll handle it.
Damaged or wrong item
Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
